Bank not issuing the NO DUES CERTIFICATE

Sir,

As I have sent so many mails to the HSBC BANK to get my NO DUES CERTIFICATE. I have paid the all the amt. of the settlement in the time, that was given to me by the bank but after the final payment on 29th December bank did not issued me the same. Every time, I requested through mails for the same but result was zero. Please tell me, What should I do?
