HSBC Bank Credit Card
They have charged me an annual fees on my credit card

This complaint is in reference to my HSBC Classic Credit Card account no- 4476 9299 8674 9684. When I was offered this credit card, I was told this is a lifetime free credit card & only after knowing & verifying the details, I have opted for this card.

As I’m using this card since April which is more than 2 years now, I was never told nor was communicated about any kind of charges. Out of the blue, they've charged me with Rs. 700 service tax of Rs. 72 = Rs. 772 (Bill dated 13-Mar-09 to 12-Apr-09).

I’m not only using HSBC credit card, but I own numerous other bank cards be it ICICI, SBI, Standard Chartered… & they don’t charge any annual fees, nor do charge any fee for a renewed card.
