MemberShip Fee

HSBC offered me Free Creait Card more than three years back now after three year they have issued me a bill of Membership Fee for the current year. When I emailed to Customer Care and Nodal Officer Mrs. Sathya Srinivasan (Email: nodalofficerinm@hsbc.co.in) regarding cancellation of card and remove the fee, she replied 'you have to pay Membership fee. '

If I don't want to use card, Why should I pay Fee. My card ends with 2274.

I am not going to pay and advise others to cancel thier card if have one of HSBC.
