Non-adherence to the fair practicees

First Bank closed my card and now asking me to pay the entire loan outstanding in one go with inrst. i have lodged complaint with RBI but the are saying that complain is in process. there is no revert from HSBC except their msgs with stating O/S amount. they are charging me with late payments and intrst on O/S.

what should i do?
