HSBC Bank Credit Card
Alance transfer cheque not demanded/ recieved

Dear Sir,

Last Year i got a promotion call from HSBC bank credit card division regarding the balance transfer. in telephonic discussion they take information regarding the balance transfer & issued the check without my confirmation & charged the amount of 14k as BT amount. But till date I am not get the checque/DD of BT amount. Many times complaint in the bank but all vein they not provided any information. On telephonic complaint to customer care they give detail of checque recieving date but on that day my whole family was out of station i.e 31 oct 08.Now they every month charged the late fees & amount become more the 25 k.

PLz do the needfull.
