UNEXPECTED BILLING

THEY SAY 3.1% INTEREST RATE PER MONTH BUT THEY CHARGE PER DAY CLOSE TO RS. 100.

tHIS IS THE MAIL I SENT TO HSBC CREDIT CARD EMAIL ID. BUT THE PEOPLE ARE VERY SMART. THE MAIL IS BOUNCING BACK FROM THIS EMAIL ID: cardalerts@hsbc.co.in

I m not at all happy with the interest charges which you are taking for my credit card. I took a balance transfer of Rs. 50, 000 for 3 months for 0% intererest on 20th Nov and paid back on 22nd Feb. but in the statement of March it has been shown as clearing date as 27th Feb. Just for paying back on extra 2 days on 22nd and clearing done on 27th which makes it total days extra as 6 days (from 20th to 27th feb). you have charged me the FINANCE CHARGE 356.29 and the service and SERVICE TAX CESS @12.36% 44.04 which makes it total of 400.33.

so i am paying extra Rs. 400.33 for just 6 days.

Now, I think that while taking a balance transfer for 90 days for entire Rs. 50, 000 we will be paying around 500 or 600 rs. maximum. But here you are charging me Rs. 400 for just 6 days.

In addition to that when we order the balance transfer.. It takes almost 9 to 10 days to come to our address but the bank charges us from the day 1 when we order over phone. this way we will be getting 10 days less. but when we pay back you charge us even for one single extra our. Thats enough of you people fooling us. I am done with this card and totally fade up. I would like to give up this bull shit card and not ready to be become any more fool by you looters. JUST CANCEL MY CARD IMMEDIATELY AFTER PAYING BACK REMAINING 10, 000 IMMEDIATELY. I DONT WANT ANY BULL SHIT CARD OF HSBC ANYMORE..
