HSBC BANK/PERSONAL LOANS
DISCREPENCE IN MY LOAN ACCOUNT AND SPOILING MY CREDIT HISTORY

I have taken a personal loan from HSBC bank last year my loan a/c no: is 122-091168-542. after the first emi the ecs was not hitting my bank account and i use to get letters from hsbc to pay the outstanding with a penalty of Rs250, after a complain i came to know that they have entered my account no: wrong due to this the ecs was hitting some other account after repeted complaints to the coustomer care and complaining to nodal officer the mistake is not rectified till today . i have applied for two wheeler loan in other bank but it was rejected stating that i am a DEFAULTER in CIBIL today i have complain in RBI and asked for COMPENSATION of Rs30LACSfor spoiling my CREDIT HISTORY AND MENTAL HARRESSMENT.
