Card not cancelled, bills and late payment charges

Hi

I had taken HSBC credit card but after few months i faced irrelevant charges and interests. I requested to cancell the card and they didn't. After that i destroyed it. Later after one year i got a bill statement of Rs. 40, 000/- to be paid. In which they had shown Rs. 18, 000/- of purchase which i never did and huge amount of interest and that too when i applied for the cancellation of the card.

The worst card you can have in your kitty and the most idiotic customer care.
