Transfer of amount from one A/C to another A/C of credit card

Hi,

I have made several phone calls to the concerned (HSBC) call center for the transfer of money from my one A/C to the another A/C of credit card. One the first one card i have made extra payment so i asked the bank to get the due which i have on another card to get it transferred and charged from that. Despite the assurance from the call center guys and theit teams i am still getting the bills means out the transfer of money was not done.

Everytime when you call them up they will say you the amount will get transfer soon. I don't know when this will be get done. It's almost 2 months now.
