I have taken a personal loan from HSBC.
Loan Amt: 200000
Intrest: 16.25.
Period : 48 months.
My EMI : 5694/-.
Now they have increased my tenture to 49 months.49 EMI is about 860 rupees.
They are saying its a spill over?
Can you help me why this has happened?? Can bank collect more than 48 months EMI?
