Credit Cards Fees

I have an HSBC Gold Gard which i am using for the past two years and it is a lifetime free card. But in this months statement i am charge Rs 2000 service taxes for my primary card and Rs 1000 service taxes for my add on card.

This is very unprofessional on behalf of HSBC. I called up their customer care but apparently their service advisors are available from 7 am to 9 pm. They are making a joke out of everything it seems now. I demand that the charges be reversed immediately. Otherwise they can cancel my card.
