Wrongly attachment of TATA AIG Policy

HSBC credit card No:4384599912040325,

HSBC BANK added without my permission TATA AIG Policy added one year back.

Recently i have received call from customer care department, they were infomed to me outstanding payment is approximatelyRs: 6500.If you pay RS 2000 it will be clerared all the amount.

I have paid that amount Rs:2000 on 21/04/09 but evevn though i am geeting calls from HSBC and torchering.
