Locked credit card showing Payment 6200

I received a blocked credit card from the Bank and the same was reported to the CC.

I never received a statement from the bank and one day i receive a call from the CC that a amount of Rs. 6000 is pending on my card.

The card was never used and the CCE aggreed to the same but said i have to pay Rs. 500 so that the account can be settled. I paid the amount and have the receipt.

Now i applied for a PL and got information that an amount of Rs. 6000 is pending against my name for the same credit card.

I contacted the CC (HSBC) and told them my problem. I got 6 Telephone nos. of collection department which no one picked. I again called back to the CC team and talked to the manager named Meenakshi, i was surprised to know that she can`t make a call from her office as it was not allowed to them and straight away said she is not the right person to be contacted for the problem.

Now i`m again sitting helpless trying all the collection department nos. in hope of tht someone will pick the call.
