i am doing own business, doing computer sales and service, credit card payment if i am not paid in due date they will put late payment and collection people also following this payment. this month my brother was dead i went to my native place, collection people (hsbc) called me i told the situation but they will not accept, watever u face we need payment. pls help me to take action.
