Issue of General Policy

I am using HSBC credit card from last 8 months. These peoples I don't understand how they are working. They have issued a General Policy on my name without my consent. I received monthly statement and find out that they have deduct Rs. 2470/- from my credit card and most interesting thing is this that I still not have the policy which they have issued in Jan I don't what is the policy number and what are there features. when I call them and ask about all these they are saying that we are doing working on this. Still I am very confused what they are doing and I am bearing over limit charges due to this.

Please tell me what should I do to get rid from this
