HSBC
DD of Deutsche Bank from Pune was send to IDBI for clerance

Hi,

I have a HSBC account in mumbai and on 14 march I have deposited a DD issued from Deutsche Bank PUne branch in my HSBC Mumbai account at Chembur Branch. I was shocked to see in my bank statement that the cheque was send to IDBI bank for clerance.

I dont understand how this mistake has happen. and when I tried to contact customer support they gave me information that as it was outstation DD it was send to IDBI. Till now I have not got any payment.

Support told me that my DD will be cleared by 26.

who is responsible for delay.

If we have any payment delay Bank charges for that.

what about when due to bank I am getting delay in payemnt
