Credit card cancellation

Dear sir

I would like to cancel my credit card bearing no 4476929999092437.I have no transcation from january onwards. Two letters were already been send to HSBC, Trivandrum branch on 04 and 5.Inspite of my constant request u have send annually subscribtion charge late payment charge of Rs 400/- for remitting the payment immedaitely. So I am not bound to remit this amount. I once again request you to credit card immediately.
