It TAKES one month To close the small ticket Loan in HSBC

Hi,

I gOt Loan From HSBC BANK for RS 30000. with interest Rate Of 48.66% per annum (Reducing interest). Since the interest is very Huge, I decided To close This Loan After the Minimum period of Six months, When i contacted the branch for paying the Total Amount Of 24000 (including 4% closure amount)..They said to wait for one more months to close the Loan.. i already Paid 7 EMI... They want me to pay One more EMI so that They Can get 1000 rs as interest.. Is this the code of ethics That Bank are Following...?..For Loan Of 30000 I already paid 14000 as EMI still they deduct only 6500 as the principle amount.. Can any one tell me .what to do next...
