Eversal of all my late payment charges/ settlement of card

Dear Sir,

This is in regard to my credit card No: 4476 9299 8870 4224 in the name of SUMEET BUTALIA.

In this reference I would like to state that I am holding this card for almost 3 years, now due to slow down in economy I have lost the work I was doing creating lot of problem in generating liquidity.

I have been requesting the opeators of your bank to forward the request of settling the account or minimise the amount the removing the charges levied on the account, so that I may give/ pay the ammount in 3 Equal installments.

Kindly look in this matter as Iam genuine customer of your and want to pay what is actually due towards you.
