Total statement, payments, Nobody contact with me from office

I, ve credite card of hsbc bank whice no is-4476929989716631. from last one year iwas out of india, so i cna, t payment properly. now i want to payment, & phone to coustomer care severel time.

but no reply from the card department. Somebody call me from recovery department & use huge

Bad language & threaten me, they will get action against me from my office.

Now want to know what is the solution posedure how i get release from this problem. take action immedieatly.
