HSBC Credict Card
Renewal card issue!

Hi,

My card had expired on Sept 30th. From that time I have been calling the customer care complaining that I wanted my renewed card. They said it is being couriered to my office address. But usually any corporate office they wont receive any personal credit card delivery of an employee.

I had called and informed them to send it to my residence. They asked me to raise a request for it and call them after 24hrs to make a request to send the card to my residence.

I had called again and did the same as what was told. I had a good reputaiton in paying the credit card payments on time till october. But i had informed them that I want my card till then I wont pay the balance.

But they kept adding late payment and interest on it. So I called and blasted at them that I wanted my card and they reversed my late payment etc.

But till today I have not received my card. So what I did is that I settled the full balance in the card and told them to close my account with HSBC forever.

I have not seen such a pathetic service ever. Whey they have to provide such bad customer service and survive in the market.

Please people dont ever go for this HSBC Credit card.
