Sub: Anomalies to retrieve replacement card and delay in payments—STILL AWAITING A REVERT
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above subject, I have received a letter dated 22nd June on 05th July regarding delay in payment from my end AND SENT A LETTER ON 7TH July for which I did not hear from your end.
Request you to check at your end that how many calls I have made to HSBC phone banking for my card status and statement as a replacement of my card.
Sorry to say I have visited Inox branch 4 times and failed to get my card. Your customer care executive ensure that it is with branch and your branch says they have returned it back but I made a special request to keep card in branch till Sat as I am working outside I can only collect it on a weekend.
I have wasted my 10 phone calls with your phone banking for 15-20min each calls and 1hr for my each visit to branch which is completely unacceptable. Now when I was trying to make payment the system is not accepting cheque and claims that my card no.4384599990667676 is no longer in existence. Whereas your phone banking executive claims that I can make payment mentioning my old card no. I am suffering this from past 50 days and getting no solution.
I need a concrete solution before you write any further letter to me also I am not liable to pay any penalty during these 50days because of delay in payment as I have wasted my time, money as well and got no solution from HSBC. Request you to waive off all delay charges and send me correct statement with my replacement card to Inox branch which must be in branch on 19th July so that I can collect it.
