Threating and abusive calls from HSBC

I am having a dispute with HSBC Bank over my credit card # 4384-5999-1590-4725 since last two years now. The bank stopped providing me credit card statements from Nov, 06 onwards and therefore I had no means of determining the amount payable to the bank. I kept on reminding the bank about the statement, but no action was taken. The bank has now been imposing interest and delayed payment charges for no fault of mine and wants me to get into settlement which says the amount in indeed payable by me and my name will be blacklisted against the credit rating agencies. Furthermore, the agents have been calling me on a daily basis which are pressurizing me to make the payment against above settlement letter. Moreover, these guys are very abusive espically the one calling from number 9911240100. I am ready to make the payment at one go provided I get a confirmation from the bank that the interest and delayed payment charges were inaccurate and my name will not be blacklisted amogst other credit agencies.
