Updation in CIBIL record

I am Suraj Ratan Mohta and holder of HSBC card NO. 4476929997728107. I have cancelled the same card during 2004 and there is no dues on card. the same is also confirmed by the bank. But in CIBIL current month report my account status is showing written off. I have requested bank to please sent an email to CIBIL to rectify the account status, but they are saying it will take 30-60 days. My home loan is stuck because of the wrong information given by the bank. I request HSBC bank to sent the updated account status immediately. so that i my home loan file can be processed.
