HSBC Credit Card
No statement, finance charges and late fee

In dec month i did't get neither physical statement not SMS msg. on next- day of due date a representative called me and said about the dues and said, we are sending our person to you do not deposit cheque because cheque collected in thay way take time. i gave check on 7th, but cheque was cashed on 13.

so they have charged me finance charges and late fee more then Rs-1000

i called the customer care. the person said we can only reverse the late fee not reversal.

i have to pay finance charges of about Rs 800. why should i pay. for that.
