Threat calls in midnight by recovery team

Dear Forum,

Please help me to protect from HSBC recovery team who threaten me to kill in midnight the phone number I am writing is the concern callers (Mr. Manoj -09268031846) whenever I request for statement of my credit card they people threat me to take legal action and made a call either in eaely morning or mid night like today on 30th january at 11.20pm by above person.

I do not know how I can complain delhi police so that I am putting my complain in consumer forum. After his call I just made a call to requset him the time period for tomorrow.
