HSBC Credit Card
Debit from my savings bank account

I hold a salary a/c with Chennai Branch of HSBC bank, wherein they offered me a credit card of no: 4384 5999 8990 7539. I called them up and asked them to discontinue the card as i didn't need one and it was never used by me, However after two years they have auto deducted my salary account of Rs.11, 000. there was no initimation given to me, nor did I receive any statements for the same.
