Name to be removed from Cibil after getting no due certificate

Even after paying the FULL amount, i am struggling to get my name removed from cibil records. Although the amount i paid towards getting "No due certificate" was interest ONLY. I am myself following this case with HSBC collection, HSBC collection ageny and HSBC Nodal office But getting NOTHING out of it inspite of so many reminders and requests.
