HSBC Credit Card
Asking me to pay the amount that i did not used

Dear sir,

I am holding HSBC credit card no 4413 9254 9896 2666. I received that

credit card in december and i did not used that card for a single time

card since i received it, but they have been sending statements through mail just charging

late payment fee for the initial amount that they charged

me. Now the oustanding amount in my card crossed over 12, 000

and they still charging late payment fee and i am receiving

anonymous calls that asking me to pay that whole amount that i

never used and i also made my complaint via phone in HSBC customer care and there has been

no replies so far

please help me regard this
