Adding extra charges

Hi All,

I used HSBC credit card in Oct did payment before due date, payment got deducted from my Bank account but not creidited to my credit card account. In my next statment that amount was there in outstandings, when I called Coustomer care they said there may some misunderstanding we will do the needful, but they didn't did that till feb I called every month after statments. That outstanding amount was showing unbilled, with late payments and finance charges they added every month. Finally they added the amount but didn't reversed the added amounts on me.

Now I am not using that CC since March they are keep on sending me statments with more late payments and fianace charges, which I am not suppose to pay, as I did payment on time.

I did called many times but customer care people are so rude, they just hang the call without telling u correct solution for the problem. Even there is no physical point of contact. I went bank with written complete, they said there is no one in bank to reply ur credit card related queries.

Please suggest what should I do about this.
