Fake bills from HSBC

Sir,

In May I applied for credit card, and as soon as i got card, HSBC bank started to send me fake bills, where till today i have never used this card for single time.

In month of July & Aug. 2008 I complained many times to customer care and asked bank to cancel my credit card but what they are doing i dont know. but i was getting reply from them like your card is blocked so ignore bills they will stop automatically.

But sir till today i am getting bills & irritating calls from HSBC credit card section for outstanding amount, & if i am asking them for proof for amount used they are not replying and again next month i am getting bills with additional charges.

I just got irritated with this tell me what to do, I have also handed over my destroyed card to credit card agent i am attaching copy with this.
