HSBC Credit card's Outstanding bill against unused card

Hi,

My name is Ayush sinha, i have a HSBC Credit card. One day i got an outstanding bill amount of Rs 3456.96. But the fact is that i never ever used the credit card, it is still sticked inside the envelope. In short "ITS VERGIN". I dont know how come they added the outstanding Rs 3456.96 and they have deactivated my card also.

They have deactivated the card, no issues... Even i was not using as they provide no offers... HSBC is dumb as far as credit crad is concerned...

But i want to complain against HSBC in consumer forum that; why n how can they mark me as defaulter, even i haven't used the card. I have never received any call from HSBC regarding any kind of offer. So there is no such possibility that i've been ever asked for any offer..

If any one has the idea that how to lodge a complain against such thing to RBI or consumer court. Please write me to ayushk_sinha@rediff.com or smeetsinha@aol.com, i would be very great full to you.
