HSBC Credit Card
A single transaction been charged thrice

Hi, my name is naresh bhanushali, and i own a hsbc credit card no:4476929997977464.i used this card on the 1st of dec to make payment for my stay at the taj hotel bandstand, bandra, mumbai.it was my wedding and 1st night.at the time of check out i made the payment via my hsbc credit card for the ammount of 14237/-.

i was shocked when i received the bill from hsbc.they had charged me the same ammount 3 times.i called up the customer care and lodged a complain, after 2-3 weeks they reversed me one of the 3 transactions but still one more transaction is left.i have made the payment for one transaction.

its almost been 4 months and they are still investigating that is what i come to hear on the customer care.the bank is keeping on charging me the interest on a faulty transaction.

please help.
