HSBC Credit Card
Charged annual fee

My name is Chirag Dilip Bhavsar. I was offered a credit card by HSBC bank, the only reason i opted for this card was that their were NO ANNUAL CHARGES. But my recent statement that i received from them contained the information about annual fee being charged to me.

Please help me and guide me with what approach should i take. Below metioned are the details of charges.

April 6 April 6 NSF FEE 1 ASSESSMENT 350.00

April 6 April 6 SERVICE TAX ASSESSMENT @ 10.30% 36.05
