Harrasment by HSBC personnel

I was holding a HSBC credit Card in Apr/ May I had once used this card and made the payment as i recd. the bill. After that i have not used the card anymore. And no other correspondence was done from HSBC. But from last two months, i am continously receiving calls from HSBC collection centre for payment of an outstanding amount, when i ask them to send the statement, they said that your card has been blocked and statement cann't send to me. I said that without the statement, how can i make the payment of around 3000 Rs. The person Avneet from Delhi branch continously calls me and at my home landline also. He talks loosely and abuses a lot any day, anytime. when we try to call him on the no. from where he calls, HSBC people say there is no person by this name.(011-45023861, 011 45640225)

Please suggest me what to do and help me.
