HSBC Credit Card
Have not closed credit card

I was using HSBC credit card 3 years back. I placed to request to close this account in feb. There was no amount at that time. Looks like they did not close the account at that time.

Now they are calling me that there is 13000 balance due. (Annual fee and charges). Now Unnecessary they are harressing me.
