WRONG COMMITMENT

I have taken a loan on my credit card no 4476 9299 8799 7585 of rupees 30000/- and the bank staff are commited that the intrest carge will be 1.88% per month however it was shown in my statement that they are charging me 3.50% per annum. kindly do the favor.
