HSBC Credit Card
Unecessary charges for Insurance

Dear sir,

HSBC is one of the worst credit card company i have ever dealt with

To Start with:

1. Non delivery of the statements in the starting months

2. Subject to that they keep on charging late repayment and so many other charges

3. Nilesh (HSBC) is the worst customer care person i have talked to who doesnt care for customer concerns by just telling to cancel your credit card if you have any problem

4. Unecessary charges of Insurance given by TATA AIG and they even clain that I have signed it

5. Loss of some Rs 500 for continuos 10 months which they claim are non refundable

6. I have cancelled my credit card immediately to avoid my future loss of many

Kindly take some action to protect many customers like me who unknowing get these unecessary items in their credit card bill
