About Payment

Dear Sir,

My self the undersigned having primary card number 4384 5999 8233 6751; would like to bring to your notice that I had settled the amount (Rs.1500) said by HSBC Bank officer on 7th Feb.. Still I got call & statement from HSBC side regarding Undue amount. Also Please find herewith attached Settlement letter which I receive from HSBC (in the settlement letter it is written on or before 22nd february, but i paid before I got settlement letter on 11th february & HSBC officer said that You have to pay settle amount first then you will give settlement letter that is why I paid before issuing settlement letter, if your officer said like than what can I do? for your information Mr. Apurva from Delhi office called me for settlement procedure& I complete all the procedure said by him). I got settlement lettter from HSBC, Ahmedabad office after few days& at the same time I also asked to officer over there is it finalised or I have to pay anymore he said that settlement is done you do not have to pay anymore. from last four month I went to HSBC Ahmedabad office more than 10times & I got same answer from officers that from the next month onwards you will get letter of 0.00 due outstanding. Sir, I kindly request to you please do needful.

For your Knowledge After issuing the Credit card I contacted lots of time to call centres that I do not want any policy & I did not applied for the same but they told me that policy is of tata-aig up to few weeks. After sometime I contacted to Tata-Aig regarding this matter. I got reply that No policy is issued on your name again I contact to HSBC call-Centres for that & I informed that there is no policy in Tata-Aig of my name. After lots of try oneday your officer said that your matter is with agency you contact over there. After lots of mailing & call Mr. Apurva called me settlement & he said there is no matter of due amount you pay Rs.1500 as charge of Credit card & he send officer (Mr. Ansari) from infovision & he said just you pay what I said & u will get letter by courier. But I did not get letter up month & finally I went to Ahmedabad office.after requesting one officer came to me & given me the letter & he said your settlement is done. Not to worry about it...

Sir, I kindly request to you please understand the problem, Still I never used or open credit card still I paid Settlement amount, still i facing lots of problem...
