Incorrect finance charge add by the HSBC

I am vivek Rathore Holding your credit card for more than a year & when you see all the previous the Payment record you found very good record because in the last one year your all the credit card statement was correct (Transcation details) in all the aspect. Last time I depostied the cheque in the HSBC Bank but due to the certain reason payment was not credited to HSBC, In the meanwhile I received the call from you customer care cell & he told me that pay by the cash in the HSBC Bank to avoid the late charges & immediately I deposited the cash amount to HSBC, Race course road indore branch. But today when I received the credit card statement I observed following non-conformities :-

I request to you, please deduct all the above transcation amount from my acount because I am not liable to pay that amount & Sent the fresh statement to me for paying the due amount.

i am liable for paying the outstanding amount of RS-/-16259.68 as per my records.

Yesterday i spoken to your customer care Pune no for arounf 20 minute, she agree to reverse the late purchase.

(Apart from that major descripancies in this transcation date of the details of dated 09 May- Hotel Delite, Faridabad, 11- Big Bazar, 11 -Encore hotel).
