HSBC-Credit card
Unnecessary charges

Hi,

HSBC has send me some random charges and now they are not going to revert back.

They donot entertain their customers on their branches... The only way is Internet or customer care over phone..But they are not ready to assist me their.

I want to file a case against them..Plz tell me what is the process
