Dear Sir/Madam,
I was a HSBC Classic-V credit holder and my card number was 4563 4200 0083 6362. I was not satisfied with the service of HSBC as they were charging wrong amount to my account as they used to do for every customer and after that I withdrew my card after settlement with HSBC Bank. They told me that after settlement they would not send me monthly statement and send me a letter for that. The settlement was done in the year till now I have not received any letter after full settlement. After that they are not sending me the statement but a few days back I came to know from a reliable source that my name is in the Civil Database and they have not deleted my name from that database. So, I am facing a lot of problems for that and it is hampering my social status.
In the light of the above, I am requesting you to look into this matter and take necessary action to solve the same. Otherwise, I will inform this matter to all staffs of NIIT Technologies Limited working all over world and forward the same to all the friends working different IT Organizations all over the world. After that I will take necessary legal action. Previously I sent letter to "s.narayan@hsbc.co.in" two times, but till now I have not received any response from your end. What you are doing? If you are not in a position to solve the matter then why you are sitting on that chair?
