HSBC Credit Card
Payment has done but still charging abused call from agents

I have paid HSBC Credit card amount fully, but still they are asking me to pay 2000 rupess as i have not cancelled the card, but so many times i have told them to cancel my card on mail a7 verbally also

recovery agent from ND (011-45576742) are calling on mobile & abusing me.

kindly help me to get out of this
