Erase my dues from rbi account

My hsbc card no 4384599999607814. i deposit all amount Rs 48230, which is settaled by company hsbc.now i applied 4 home loan, in there inquiry it still showing Rs29000.due 2 this i m not able 2 to get home lone. pls remove that amount as soon as possible. i deposit that amount in hsbc connaught place branch on 13/02 /09.thanking u.
