CHARGING OF ANNUAL FEE AGAINST LIFE TIME FREE CREDIT CARD

Credit card was given as life time free but after a year i get a yearly chages bill.

Tried contacting customer care to talk but they need some pin to reach them so failed to contact. Checked with bank and they want me to talk to customer care. Its all most a 6 month i am getting bill every month with interest on the TOP

Need help to reverse this amount.
