Over Bill - Sign Mismatch

Hi

I have made a transaction on textile garment store for RS 15000 and signed my credit slip. After a month i get bill along with this transaction they have charged me for RS 8500 when ask them to submit signed copy bank produce a sheet where my signature is not matching when called the Bank they your card has been used to swipe this transaction you have to pay RS 8500 along with RS 15000 which i actually shopped.
