Harasment by HSBS Employees

Hi

I was holding an HSBC Credit card and i started receiving calls from HSBC Collection department saying that there is an outstanding of arounD Rs 1 Lakh on my card even though i have used that card for the transactions they said.

Later on i made a complaint for the same in Punjabi Bagh office (Delhi) and found that there were some additional cards had been issued against my name and thats too were not on my address.

They said thats i have made request for these cards so i have to pay. When i asked them to show the proof they had nothing to show

Its been more that 3-4 months since no action has been taken by HSBC and i am still receiving call from collection department and they are using very abusive language.
