CPP transaction happened without my knowledge

Hi, i did not purchase any insurance product or anything through HSBC, but they have charged me Rs.995/- stating that i have purchased something like CPP (card protection policy) which i do not want to purchase, my question is how could they take money from my account without my knowledge.my mobile no is 9940503597.chennai
