I, Arindam Saha, is the Credit Card holder of your bank having Credit Card No – 4476 9254 9801 1365. At the time of application it has been told to me that there is no annual & other charges in this card but now I got the statement where annual fees has charged. I had called in Customer care to surrender the card but no response has given by them so far. So I want to surrender my card.
