HSBC Credit Card
HSBC yearly charges

I'm holding HSBC Credit card, Issued from Pune Branch, But I did not used it for last 2.5 yrs, as I was moved to oniste (US). While applying the credit card HSBC bank representative showed me Life Time Free credit Card Plan and I chose the same. But After 1 yr I got the outstanding balance statement for Yearly charges.

I called customer care/collection department and informed about the same they cleared from theire end as WRITTEN OFF. Now my Imy Home loan got rejected due to WRITTEN OFF of CBIL caluse, Outstanding amount is zero.

Please help me in this regard otherwise I will never be able to get home loan in future.
